  • 1 cup yellow onion
  • 3 cloves garlic-ginger paste
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup turmeric
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp fresh cilantro
  • to taste flaky salt
Method

Step by step

  3. Add the lamb rogan josh, then the liquid, and let it barely simmer to build depth.
