Ingredients
What you'll need
- 1 lb breakfast hash
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup large eggs
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 medium fresh chives
- 1 lb whole milk
- to taste good finishing oil
Method
Step by step
- Get everything measured and within reach -- breakfast moves quickly.
